Leonel Menna began his professional career when he obtained the degree in “Hotel and Tourism Management” at the Escuela Marcelo Montes Pacheco at Cordoba in 1998.

He obtained the degree in “Professional Training Instructor” in Tourism and Hotelery Speciality at the Centro de Formación Profesional N° 3 in Cordoba.

He worked as Night Auditor at Ducal Suites Hotel; then he entered to the international chain Holiday Inn where after developing different jobs in different areas, he was promoted to Rooms Division Manager.

He was Instructor at the Courses of Hotelery Services for the Córdoba Tourism Agency and the Tourism Promotion and Development Department of Cordoba Province Government.

He obtained the bachelor’s degree in Tourism and the specialization in Hotel and Business Administration at the Blas Pascal University in Cordoba in the year 2002, where he later performed as teacher of the Hotelery and Gastronomic Service Lecture and Hotelery Professional Training Lecture.

He acted as consultant in investments projects in hotelery as well as in hotelery services.

At the city of Mar del Plata, he entered the Costa Galana Hotel and he performed the job as In House Operations Manager; at that city he was also teacher of the Hotelery Organization Lecture and the Hotelery Investment Projects Lecture at the CAECE University.

It is being edited his Books “Hotel Operations” and “Formulation of Hotel Investment Projects”.

At Las Leñas, Mendoza, he performed the job as General Manager in the opening of the Aries Hotel for NA|Concepts.

In 2009, he obtained a higher degree in HR at the Siglo 21 Business University in Cordoba.

Nowadays, he is the Director of HTS Hotel Training & Staffing, a training and counseling company in hotelery, gastronomy and SPA management from March, 2006.
